We stayed at this hotel in early September and had a great stay. Hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms are so pretty and comfortable. Amenities are convenient. We were able to enjoy the pool area alone each night, perhaps because kids are back to school this time of year but it was nice. THe housekeeping staff did a wonderful job each day, we returned to a room that was as beautiful and clean and made up as it was on first day of check in. I tipped kindly for this because I'm the kind of person who LOVES a tidy luxurious room each day when staying in a hotel and i really appreciated their attention to details and making us feel special each day of stay. If you are the kind of person who really cares about the hotel experience as I do, stay here, its nicer than all other hotels in the area and the staff is so nice.
My only complaint was the hot continental breakfast. It was a mixture of eggs with ham and cheese etc in one dish. It was nasty, inedible, we left the lobby and went straight to Bob Evans. The breakfast area is clean and they take efforts to make it so convenient but yeah the food wasn't so good. They had a large selection of muffins and bagels juices tea and coffee tho so if thats all you need its fine to eat there. But if you want a good hot breakfast skip the lobby and head down the road to Bobs. Hope this was helpful!
