Hampton Inn and Suites Surprise Hotel

The bed was the most comfortable I ever slept in. The employees were efficient and helpful. It was a great stay.

This hotel made me feel secure: I accidentally dialed 911. Immediately the manager and another person came to the room to see if everything was ok.

We stayed three nights and the second night the electricity was out for two hours and I had my elderly mother with dementia in the handicapped room and no apology was given.

It was a nice stay. The hotel was clean and new, we enjoyed the stay. We were charged a higher rate than what we were quoted on the phone but the desk manager cleared up the problem.
