I have never had such a bad experience in my 30 years of travelling. I booked a reservation at this hotel back in January, 08 for a meeting in May. I had booked a nice Suite and was really looking forward to my stay. I am in the military stationed in Japan and had come a long way for this meeting. When I arrived, I was shocked to find out that I was given a small room, with 2 twin beds. Not the Suite that I had requested. To make it worse, it's a smoking room! SO Disappointing. I am staying until May 11. No rooms available at any other hotel. Management is not being helpful or accomodating in the matter. The most unprofessional and low class travel situation I have ever come across. Obviosly, I do not recommend this hotel, EVER!!!

I felt the area was safe. Since the area was downtown near the convention center, I was expecting to see high crime. I left my objects in the rental car overnight and returned in the morning to find nothing misplaced or missing.
