The room smelled of smoke covered up with cheap, strong room fragrance. Their WiFi computer access was faulty.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hampton Inn and Suites Nashville.
I would not recommend it to friends.

49 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The rooms were perfect. The front desk personnel were awesome. Our room was very well taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here for all the above reasons. The location is very good also. It felt like home. No matter what time of day or night we came in the people there were so nice, every employee always greeted you when they passed you. I would highly recommend it.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I really enjoyed the personal service they gave. If there were any items missing at the coffee bar or breakfast bar, they got them right away.

I am very likely to return to the Hampton Inn and Suites Nashville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Everything was typical for this chain which means top of the line. The customers received full attention and service.
