Rented 2 rm suite w/kitchette. No dishes, Stove did not work. Rooms had frebreeze musty odor smell. Sofa looked like it had been chewed by animals, carpet not clean at all. We will never stay again.

Excellent
We have stayed in this hotel several times, while visitng our daughter at Vanderbilt. The location is perfect, just 2 blocks from campus. The pillows and down comforter are sooooo comfortable. The buffet breakfast has lots of choices from eggs to ...

Good
The suite had ample space for a family of four. Everything was clean, and in working condition. The mattresses and duvets were very comfortable. The sofa, though, could use updating.

The rooms were perfect. The front desk personnel were awesome. Our room was very well taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here for all the above reasons. The location is very good also. It felt like home. No matter what time of day or night we came in the people there were so nice, every employee always greeted you when they passed you. I would highly recommend it.
I really enjoyed the personal service they gave. If there were any items missing at the coffee bar or breakfast bar, they got them right away.
I am very likely
to return to the Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Vanderbilt-Elliston Place.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
