Breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was dirty.

It was a clean, nice hotel. One issue was that they ran out of breakfast in the morning. Otherwise, we were satisfied.

The location was good, close to my destination at the Glenn Research Center. The staff had a very positive attitude. The free high-speed internet service is a solid plus. The continental breakfast had a slightly better variety than average. I recommend it!

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk clerk offered enthusiastic greetings. When I picked up a warm cookie one evening, the clerk invited me to take another for a snack later. The service there was always was accompanied by courtesy and a smile.
