Hampton Inn and Suites Lake Mary Hotel

arrived very late delayed flight.. night desk person outside smoking too busy to assist me .. I waited several minutes before I was checked in.. The lobby area was of nice decor however, it smelled of second hand smoke.. I found the rooms to be spacious however, not cleaned very well as I found several hairs in the tub as well as the toilet seat. Bed was ok but bedding could have been a bit more up to date. breakfast was good but, it seemed to take forever for the hostess to replenish what was empty.. Day desk was ok assisted for taxi. I will look for a different hotel next time I'm in this area.

This is a newly developed motel and it was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful in directing us to good restaurants in the area. It is located in a very charming area.
