They just got the new beds and they are wonderful! The staff is friendly and all areas of the hotel are clean. The breakfast bar was continually being stocked with fresh items. I already made my reservation for a future stay there again.

We stayed here on a rewards room and wanted to pay the difference to upgrade to a suite. I was told that could not happen, they were booked solid. Yet, I checked online at the hotel and found several rooms open. They have very poor customer service. I will not use this hotel again or allow my employees to stay here. We have used this hotel for several years.

I was staying on award night and asked to pay difference and upgrade to a suite. I was told that they were booked solid. But, I checked online and found several rooms opened for that night. When I talked to the manager about it she all but called a me liar to my face.
