18 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The Hampton Inn and Suites was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was very good. The only problem was that the room did not get cool enough. I left the air on cold high the entire time and it never was cold. The water pressure in the shower could have been higher but was otherwise good. There should have been 4 pillows per bed, not 3. The staff was very friendly, especially the housekeeper. I did not like the wake-up call personnel since they just let the phone ring and after saying hello, they hang up. I liked having the newspaper in the morning. The TV remote did not have a back on it. The room, on the emergency exit, was incorrectly marked. The "you are here" dot, was in the room across from me.
