Hampton Inn and Suites Green Hills Hotel

We were unable to use the shower due to the dirt in the water from work that was done at the street earlier in the day. Because of this, the room ended up being complimentary, so I felt the problem was solved satisfactorily.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk staff was very friendly and warm. When we had a problem with the plumbing, they were open about the problem, they explained what had happened and they made us feel comfortable about it. They also ameliorated the problem by offering a reduction in price and free bottled water. They were so nice, that I will definitely go back. The room was also very nice and clean. The facility is quiet and parking is very good.

It was extremely over priced, but comfortable. It had nice large TVs with movies on demand. The drain in the bathtub didn't work well. Tor the same amount of money, we could have stayed at a much nicer hotel or saved a lot and still stayed at a great hotel. Parking was almost non-existent and not large enough to accommodate a ford F150 super crew truck in most of the parking spaces. It seemed like it was clean and quiet, though.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was soft and the showerheads relaxing.

Because of highway construction, the hotel was a little hard to find. Be sure and watch carefully for the exit. It is about a seven-minute drive from the hotel to Opry Mills Mall. Be sure to visit this huge mall which also includes a great movie theater with both stadium seating and IMAX features. The front desk has directions already printed out, although a map with the directions would have been helpful due to heavy road construction in the area.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Making directions available to Opry Mills was helpful. Also, having in-room movies available and video games was great.
