Excellent
The hotel was great. The best part of our stay was breakfast and the beds. I slept better here then I do at home. The staff was great and newly renovated rooms are beatiful. Older hotel but with their new lobby you would think it was just built,...
32 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We had our out of town guests stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Airport for our wedding. I have never worked with staff that was so accomadating and helpful. Everyone who worked in the hotel was pleasent and helpful. We had a room for three nights and if we did not already live in Grand Rapids we would look forward to our next stay at the Hampton. If you are in town for business or just need a place to stay in Grand Rapids this is a great place to stay.

The hotel is a little older, but a nice, clean place. Hampton has thought of a lot of the "extras" like a lap desk and duvets instead of the typical hotel bedspreads that makes the hotel seem a little more homey. Staff was friendly, breakfast was...

The hotel was clean and well appointed. They really seem to like having your pet visit. Friendly help. Only downfall was the walls are too thin and inconsiderate people ruin it for others with their loud TVs and voices.
