25 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
THe perfect stay. Friendly staff, great accomodations. They even have a free cartoon movie and snacks for the little ones at night. Great selection for breakfast too. Josephine in the dinig room is great and very helpful, you feel like the staff is really glad that you are there and happy to help with anything.

I thought the stay was great. It's a nice hotel and has very nice employees.
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: I was treated with the utmost respect. As if I was as important as anyone there.

57 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Upon arrival, I found our reservation was not for a handicapped room as requested. The hotel responded by giving me a room and hoping for a cancellation. Unfortunately, this hotel has raised king-sized beds that I cannot get into. In order to solve the problem, the desk agent gave me a suite with two queen-sized beds, which are not raised.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: The final room we had, the suite, was very comfortable for my husband and I to relax in in the evening. It also had a refrigerator which helped in freezing ice for the next day for our water.
I am
somewhat likely
to return to the Hampton Inn and Suites Garden Grove.

might recommend it to
