The staff at this hotel all need to be fired! They are very unprofessional and rude. I watched them call the police on a guest because they were upset about the service. Instead of fixing a problem they had the police escort them out of the hotel! They thought it was funny,. After watching that I will never ever stay at ANY Hilton-owned hotel. If you like paying $125 per night to be treated like dirt then this is the place for you!
HAMPTON WAS LIKE HOME. STAFF WAS GREAT AND MADE SURE THAT WE WERE WELCOME. THEY WORKED WITH US ABOUT THE DISCOUNTS THEY HAD. MY KIDS CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK AND STAY AT THE HAMPTON.
