Hampton Inn and Suites Fernandina Beach Hotel

We were visiting relatives on the island and they suggested the Hampton Inn.

They had a very friendly staff, clean rooms, nice bedding and mattresses, and a pretty good view.

There was a train nearby, but it was very quiet.

This is the only place I will stay on the island.

There were several people checking in with us and they said the same thing. The rooms are wonderful as well as the staff. Spend the extra money to get a suite; the two rooms make for great privacy and the kitchen area is great.

Stay far away from the restaurant on the marina; the host staff almost ruined our trip. I would take the Amelia River Cruise while there. Their staff was as friendly as the Hampton Inns!

It's a beautiful hotel with a great downtown location. The hotel is within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. It has a friendly staff and amazing breakfast service.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The rooms were well appointed and the hotel was lovely.

It has a great location close to the water and plenty of nice restaurants and shops. The pool was on the second story overlooking the ocean, very nice. The continental breakfast is always good at Hampton Inn and they have a very clean dining area. The service was good and the hotel was very classy. The big disappointment was the hard beds. This was the first time we have encountered this at a Hampton Inn!

They had good service and pleasant surroundings.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The suite was larger than expected.
