I spend approximately a hundred nights per year in the Hampton Inn chain of hotels because they offer a quality property and service for a reasonable price. The rooms and facilities are always very clean and in good service and repair, and if you need anything they will generally respond immediately. At the end of a day of travel and or work I know exactly what will be waiting for me as each franchise in the chain strives to maintain this high level of service.
This hotel made me feel content: They have coffee, tea, and fruit snacks available twenty-four hours per day, and a computer to use if you need it. The surroundings are tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, and there is visible security at night with secure entrances.

The breakfast could be healthier. The breads are so-so. The peanut butter could be real rather than filled with sugar.
This hotel made me feel pampered: We were given an upgrade. I felt special.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The personnel exhibited friendliness and gave us a warm welcome. Without being asked, they assisted with moving my husband's oxygen supplies and luggage to our room, since both my husband and I have disabilities. Everyone was great.
