The staff at this hotel was so friendly! The front desk, the bellmen even the valet went above and beyond service. The room was updated and clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I have stayed at literally hundreds of hotels over the years for both business and pleasure and this is one of the best stays that I have ever had. Also the location is EXCELLENT!!!!

The service offered is great but room cleanliness is bad. There are broken tiles in the bathroom. Dust and cobwebs are all over. The bath tub doesn't always work.
I am not likely
to return to the Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus-Downtown, OH.
I would not recommend it to friends.
