50 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
At first we were upset as the room was so small and then when I hung my clothes up, the door did not close, just then, Matt from the front desk called and I told him what happened and he immediately got us a new room, which was WAY better...I have to thank Matt for it but I never saw him again the whole weekend...also, Clifford was an awesome host...got us directions to where we needed to go...explained to us some of the fun activities going on the weekend we were there, got us tickets to a festival, which was a nice little event to attend. So, all in all, I will stay there again when I make it to Columbus.
The staff at this hotel was so friendly! The front desk, the bellmen even the valet went above and beyond service. The room was updated and clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I have stayed at literally hundreds of hotels over the years

$70 a night and this place was awesome! Very clean and everything was new, modern and so convenient. You can even earn points for staying. Breakfast is great and so is the pool.
This place is fabulous. It is located in the Arena District and Shrot North...there are many art galleries, boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Not to mention it's in walking distance to the Nationwide arena...where they have great...
