I love the fact that the Hampton Inns have a consistent standard of being clean, having Cloud 9 beds, having nice furniture, nice lobby's, good breakfasts, great service. When you book at a Hampton you know what to expect and that you'll love what you get, at least, so far all the Hampton's we have stayed at were great. The location of this Hampton is good. We went to get some rest & relaxation and it was a perfect time for that. We even enjoyed sitting on our balcony, except it was very cold those days. The Wildlife Refuge was very interesting, we saw some wild ponies, turtles & deer. I would recommend (as did the hotel desk clerks) eating at Bills Seafood. The hotel also suggested The Village Restaurant however in April some places aren't open or have limited days open. We also ate at AJ's on the Creek, which was very nice also. We did eat lunch at Mr. Baldy's it seems like the place were the locals go, I would not recommend this place, we will not eat there again.
