Hampton Inn and Suites Burlington Hotel - Page 1

This was truely a clean hotel. Front desk was friendly if not as spiffy as more upscale hotels. We had a suite and the room was huge and comfortable, the furnishings and bedding all seemed like brand new. Not alot of ameneties and their a little hidden behind things, but right off I85 at exit 141. Convenient for on/off highway and alot of stores and restaurants (even a mall) within 1/2 mile or so. Great place for a night or two if going through or in the area. Highly recommended.

The rooms were large, immaculate and well appointed with quality furnishings and bedding. Much better than we expected as we were just looking for an inexpensive room for a night on our way through. Front desk was efficient though not like more expensive hotels we usually go to. Breakfast was pre-cooked microwave, but was surprisingly very good quality. Great coffee bar for free around the clock. Only neg is location -- kind of hidden behind restaurant, we made wrong turn and almost ended up leaving town. Figured it out quickly though and we were happy with our choice. Much better than average and better than expected for price. We'll try more of these and avoid the Embassy Suites Hotels that are going down hill fast.

This was a very pleasant experience from the moment I walked through the door. The desk clerk went above and beyond to locate a room for me with easy access. The room itself was furnished beautifully and was extremely comfortable. We both fell in love with the Cloud 9 mattress, best night sleep in ages.
