It was a great hotel and i loved it. one of the elevators did not work i was almost stuck in the elevator with my best friend and they called maintenance and they were fixting it right away.

Check in is at 3:00 so why we had to wait for hours, I don't know! They said they had a "full house" the night before. SO? Hire enough help to get the rooms clean for check in time. Staff was nice but dorky. No other word for it.

Horrible
We had the worst service you could ever have. The messed up our reservations, gave us wrong room types, didn't get our wake up calls, was treated very rudely, the rooms were not that clean, was yelled at by the front desk clerk after coming back...
We booked our stay, many months in advance, only to arrive at the hotel and find they had our room wrong. The hotel was booked up so there was no way to change our double room into a family suite so we had to make do with 2 double beds and an AWFUL...
