Hampton Inn and Suites Boston Crosstown Hotel

This hotel is close to hospitals, schools, and museums. It offers long-term stay rates for families or individuals with loved ones in the hospital, but is also a nice home base for exploring Boston's sightseeing and historical highlights. Wireless Internet access is free throughout, and there is also a business center for complimentary guest use. The 24-hour fitness center has a pool as well as exercise machines. There is an Enterprise Rent-a-Car on the premises as well as fast-food restaurants. Breakfast buffet is included every morning, and other dining options abound in the neighborhood. Public transportation by bus and "T" are a few blocks away. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

I made a reservation here 11 months in advance because I knew Boston would be booked during graduation season. Hampton oversold this hotel and bumped me from Crosstown to Peabody, and only notified me of this 1 day prior to my arrival. They said they had made a mistake with my reservation, that these mistakes happen from time to time, and that it is not the general manager's responsibility to make rearrangements to the customer's satisfaction. Overall, I experienced the worst customer service.

I love the Hampton Inn and Suites hotels and I try to stay at them all the time when traveling.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are roomy.
