We travel to Bemidji several times a year to visit family. I have stayed in other motels up there but none compare to the Hamption. You pay a few more dollars but it is well worth it. Excellent pool and a Kids pool also. There is also a resturant in ...
Very nice, fresh, clean, well-maintained. Bed was a bit lumpy on edges--would recommend a king if two are sleeping on bed. Breakfast was pleasant--great view of lake while you eat.

The rooms were very clean and well decorated. It had a "spa feel."
When we walked in the first thing I noticed were fluffy duvets, comfortable beds with many pillows of different firmness, a beautiful view of Lake Bemidji and a real thermostat with digital controls!
We weren't in our room an hour when the front desk called to ask if everything was to our liking and if we needed anything, please feel free to give them a call. The service was friendly, the breakfast enjoyable and it was a great weekend getaway.
There also is a Green Mill Restaurant attached, so dining was very convenient and tasty. We would definitely stay here again and are just looking for an excuse!

It was a great hotel, with a spectacular setting on the lake. Service was excellent, and the accommodations were as expected. However, our guests were disappointed that the children's pool was not working.

The hotel is very nice and clean. I liked the bathroom and curved shower curtain. The staff is especially nice, too. It's a nice, beautiful hotel. They have a nice continental breakfast set-up, too.
