I always stay at Hampton Inn hotels if possible. They have a very friendly staff, nice rooms and spacey and good locations wherever I go.

The person I spoke to was very helpful. The reservation was for a wedding and I booked eight rooms. The breakfast bar was beyond my expectations and the people attending it were great! The cookies at the front desk were really appreciated. We got far more than what we paid for. Everyone in my party was really impressed.

62 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The location was convenient to Shaker Heights where we had to attend a wedding and other related events. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with an easily adjusted climate control and a well appointed and clean bathroom. The gym was equipped with exercise machines in excellent working order and the pool afforded great swimming although they could use changing rooms besides the one lavatory. They offered a delicious breakfast each morning and continuous coffee in the main lobby included with our room.
This hotel made me feel practical: It had all the things we needed to make the stay comfortable with nothing extravagant.
