Hampton Inn and Suites Augusta West Hotel

I have stayed here many times with the family and love the location. Very close to places to eat and the staff is super friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Augusta who wants to pay a little more for a decent hotel. There are two in Augusta and this one is FAR better than the Washington Rd location. The parking lot is a little small but I always use the convention center's lot located directly behind the hotel. I only stay at Hampton Inns when traveling and this one is tops! Very close to Ft Gordon also.

They hotel was nice. I enjoyed my stay. I will go again.

It could have used a traffic light at the entrance. I liked that there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I couldn't get the air conditioner and heater to function properly, it was not an issue because the temperature stayed comfortable.

It was very clean and well maintained. They had excellent service.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The placement of the linens and towels was unique and nice.
