Hampton Inn and Suites Alpharetta Hotel

I liked this hotel. The front desk was the problem. They were not as helpful as I had expected.

The location is very near to our destination. The comfort is always good as is the service. I recommend it to others.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I did have a few problems though. They had reserved two rooms for me when I had only reserved one. When I went to check out, no one was at the desk. When they did get there, there was a problem with getting the amount right. While my sisters and I were trying to get our luggage to the car, they cancelled our keys and we had to walk all the way around to the front in the rain. Check out time was at noon and it was only eleven a.m.

This hotel made me feel secure: I liked the idea that you need your key to get in all the doors except the front door.

The rooms were nice.

I loved the 2-bedroom suite, with doors you could close for privacy.
