I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and the experience was very good. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service ran on demand and made getting around in the local area one less thing to stress about. Housekeeping was prompt and courteous, as well. I would have liked a sitting area outside personally, but the pros still far outweigh the cons. Recommended!

This hotel provides the consistency that I've come to expect with Hamptons (the usual features) but it is really quite far from downtown DC and with construction, difficult for a cab to find/reach. But the shuttle takes you to a metro stop and it...

Overall, it was a good stay. But pay-per-view TV was not working and couldn't be fixed over a three-day period. There was no parking for group buses and there was no accessible staircase to serve as an elevator alternative.
