Hampton Inn and Suites Hotel

I liked this hotel because they were helpful but left you alone and let you just rest.

It was very professional. I have no complaints at all.

The only problem I encountered was the incorrect credit card billing and check out date. The manager and the staff corrected these issues very rapidly and cheerfully. The entire staff was friendly and helpful without exception. I was very pleased with the sofa-bed which was very comfortable. The suite was quiet, surprisingly spacious and meticulously clean. I also liked the good breakfast with lots of choices.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I liked that there were enough clothes hangers and drawers. I also appreciated the high speed Internet connection.

The hotel is in a convenient location to DFW and Grapevine Mills.
