Mediocre

Horrible
This facility offers very little service. If you need a kitchen it's inexpensive. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I went out and purchased a foam pad for the bed after the first night. The halls were dirty and there was trash in the stairwells.
25 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I pulled into town with no hotel reservation. I saw the Hampton Inn and decided to stop in to check availability. The woman at the front desk told me there was only one room left, and it was a smoking room. I don't smoke, but I figured "how bad can it be??" So I took it.
I got to my room, and oh man, was it ever a smoking room. The smell almost blew me away. I'm going to recommend that get air fresheners for these rooms. I've been in here for about an hour now and I guess I've just become used to it, but I'm afraid my clothes and everything are going to smell tomorrow. Also, the thermostat was set at 65 degrees which was way too cold for me, so I had to turn the heat up but it's not warming too quickly.
Other than that, the room is great. I like the description cards with the different types of pillows they have on the bed. And obviously I like the wireless high speed internet because it is allowing me to write this review right now.
