60 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I was content with the excellent facility and staff. They offered a good variety at breakfast. It was a nice room, except there was little accommodation for tobacco users.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The franchise owner was on site when I arrived and we chatted. The desk clerk was friendly and very helpful in answering questions.

They have poorly spaced handicapped parking. There are no chairs outside for smokers to sit upon, the beds were too soft, and uncomfortable.

This particular Hampton Inn is not the best in the world. We have stayed on others that are a lot nicer and cleaner, that have internet wireless systems. I could go on and on. I am not happy with this Hampton Inn.
