While I found the service great, the beds were as hard as a rock and hurt my back terribly. I also discovered that the room has VCR's, but no DVD players. What gives?!?
The staff was pleasant, the place is clean. Small rooms for the price, the pool is a joke, overall the prices are ridiculous for what you are getting. Next to Denny's was not necessarily a bonus, shadey people around.
The Hampton Inn is a very clean place to stay. I have stayed in other places closer to the boardwalk, even though they are cheaper to stay at you have to take into consideration they will be noisey and smelly. So if you like clean and tidy with air...

The beds in the room were very comfortable the rooms were quiet. The lobby was beautiful with an atrium and lots of sitting room and not real busy with people rushing around.
