We generally try to stay within the Marriott family of hotels because of their customer rewards.

The service was great. The hotel itself was clean and more than expected. The staff was accommodating and very helpful! We were completely satisfied.

They were busy and short staffed. They went out of their way to be courteous and made us feel comfortable.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. There wasn't a lot of traffic on the road, so it was quiet. I would recommend this hotel to any tourists traveling through Sandusky.

While we were taking it easy by the pool someone brought us towels. Every time you forgot something, they would bring it to you. They didn't make you do any extra work.

It was located right next to Cedar Point and it had the best rates on the Strip. There was a great food place right across the street!

I was never interrupted by any one. The front desk clerk was a great person.

I liked the friendly hotel staff. However, the phones didn't work properly in the room; the emergency phone in the pool area also did not work (this was corrected). The door to the pool room locked and we couldn't get out (this was corrected too). The toilet clogged, but it was repaired promptly, though.
