I found the desk staff to be exceptional in their attention to us ( and other guests). I liked their housekeepers and airport pickup drivers. I can't recall any similar quality of behavior in US hotels. I have seen this level of courtesy and attention in 5 stars hotels.

This hotel made me feel respected: I was impressed by their exceptional courtesy and attention.

I am very likely to return to the Hampton Inn San Diego Downtown.
