The staff was above and beyond helpful. Everything else was nice, too.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff acknowledged us and assisted us in any way they could.

I am very likely to return to the Hampton Inn San Diego.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

24 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The staff was wonderful and the new renovations make this hotel a great stay.

We stayed for quite awhile and enjoyed the continental breakfasts each morning. We also enjoyed the pool/hot tub. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable, not like your typical hotel bed.

The area around the hotel is a little shady (i.e. the nude bar around the corner) but it is very close to all of the San Diego attractions. Their staff provided directions to each of our destinations. Don't be fooled by the area! The hotel and stay was great.

I love Hampton Inn hotels. They have great beds, they are clean, friendly, they offer free newspapers, they are inexpensive and they serve an ok breakfast.

I am very likely to return to the Hampton Inn San Diego.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
