The location was conveniently located near down town attractions, but still not within walking distance. The accommodations and amenities were adequate and as to be expected.

This hotel made me feel practical: The hotel was a good choice as it provided complimentary breakfast and internet access. The location was also good for the purpose of our stay.

The desk clerk was not flustered by our late arrival and had apples and cookies waiting for us and found us coffee. The location was all we could have wished. It’s downtown but out of the way.

This is the best Hampton Inn! The pool, Jacuzzi, and gym are open twenty-four hours. The staff is incredible! I stay at this Hampton Inn once or twice a month and it is my home away from home! I often stay in other Hampton Inns and believe me when I say this one is top notch! The staff also has great suggestions for dinner, and skiing is close by!

This hotel made me feel excited: I'm always thrilled to visit the Hampton Inn and Suites in downtown SLC! The staff is amazing and I like to chat with them. They always have great suggestions for food and most hotels that I stay in do not allow access to the pool and Jacuzzi after ten p.m. This Hampton Inn has twenty-four access to all amenities and I love that!

The Hampton Inn Downtown is one of the very best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff is incredible, the facilities are superb, and I stay there every time I'm there because they're just fantastic! The hotel is also just a few blocks from a mall complex and tons of great restaurants!

The exercise and pool facilities are fantastic! I didn't need extra services to take care of my back while I was there because the whirlpool is superb.

It is closely located to downtown and not too far from Ski Resorts. The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to the Gateway Mall for good food and shopping.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I was upgraded to a bigger room. I was given a free beverage and snack. I was given a free ride to the airport when I needed to go and not when scheduled.

My stay was good. I wasn't really looking at the quality of the hotel, but I guess it was all right.

We know that Hampton Inns are quality anywhere you stay. We stay in Hampton Inns in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and New York every year and have never been disappointed.

The girl's Junior National Volleyball tournament was in Salt Lake City about halfway into my stay. The hotel did not seem to be prepared with proper staffing and the service was not up to par, as normal. I'm used to bottled water in my room and the 'to go' breakfasts available at the desk. I could barely squeeze into the breakfast area to get coffee and a bagel to take back up to my room!

They didn't have enough baggage carts. We had to carry everything ourselves. That was annoying. I had made the reservation at the wrong location, and they were able to transfer over to the location that I wanted. I really appreciated that.

We love Hampton Inn. It's the only place we stay now.
