They didn't have enough baggage carts. We had to carry everything ourselves. That was annoying. I had made the reservation at the wrong location, and they were able to transfer over to the location that I wanted. I really appreciated that.

The staff at the Hampton Inn Downtown in Salt Lake City is very friendly and courteous. They greet me by name when I walk in the doors.
The staff is always saying hi, asking how I'm doing and wanting to know when I'm going skiing again. We talk about the different ski resorts and ski conditions.
