It was in a nice location close to food and entertainment. It was convenient for getting to those we were there to see. The room was clean and the people were nice. The best part was that our room was upgraded for free due to overbooking.

The staff was so friendly, helpful and professional. Could not have had a better stay anywhere. My family was in Rock Hill for our daughters wedding and positive comments about the hotel and the staff were all I heard and experianced.

I have spent a lot of time here this year. All of the staff was exceptional in helping me with all my requests, even the unreasonable ones. The front desk was outstanding in accommodating my unusual schedule and was exceptional in their attitude, always present with a warm smile and affable greeting.
