Meets the exact definition of so so, run of the mill, mediocre etc. You get exactly what you expect and what you pay for. No extras here, but clean rooms and lowish prices.

The location,service and beds were wonderful. The problem starts when you a ready to go to sleep. The under window air conditioner/heater is so noisey we couldn't sleep, and believe me, my husband never has a problem sleeping anywhere any time.. So ...

The location is off of Lacrosse street and hidden behind other buildings. This is a negative because anyone who stays in these rooms would be more than pleased with the size of the rooms and the total satisfying comfort of the beds. The rooms are just the most pleasing positive quality of the motel. I would most definitely return for another stay.
The appearance of the room and the interior of the building made me feel elegant.

I loved the bedding, after traveling all day we could get a nice clean comfortable room, sit in the hot tub and then take a shower and lay on those huge fluffy comforters. The pillows felt great. Their complimentary breakfast was wonderful too. They have everything you need and all the great extras.
They had a very friendly, polite staff, I received a courtesy call after checking in to make sure room is in excellent condition.
