Hampton Inn Portland Hotel - Page 1

This is a great place. It's convenient to the industrial worksite and highway. I loved the absolutely excellent breakfast.

The hotel is nice and clean. I had a slight problem with the telephone that was taken care of in a timely manner. The hotel personnel are all kind and professional.

This hotel made me feel respected: I liked the way I was addressed by all employees.

All Hampton associates I came in contact with were very pleasant, and their customer service skills exceeded those have I come in contact with during my travels.

This hotel made me feel welcome: It was my second stay in a little over a month, and I was recognized immediately by the hotel check-in person. In fact, he remembered my name for the most part. Later during the week, another employee immediately recognized me and made me aware that she remembered.
