The staff was friendly. The room was renovated but the bathroom wasn't. The public areas of the hotel are being renovated. The hot breakfast was great and the lady taking care of it was very nice.

We stayed at this hotel in October 2006 just before our baby was born. The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was exceptionally clean, the hot breakfast was delicious, but best of all the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on. ...

Horrible
We chose this hotel for the swimming pool and hot tub. We told them this when we called. We arrived to find out that both the pool and the hot tub were being resurfaced and were closed for our stay. On the second night we were awoken by a loud noise ...

It’s near the location of a family member's wedding reception. It was accommodating for the large number in our party. We used the great conference room. We were able to socialize in the conference room and got a discounted rate with the group discount.
The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. We were able to stay together with our group all within the hall.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hampton Inn Port Huron.

The hotel looks nice and the location is really convenient to the expressway. I did expect more for the money, though. The pool windows were really foggy and the smell in the pool room was so strong of chlorine that it burned my kid’s eyes and throat. The room was not vacuumed or dusted. The mattresses were really comfortable though. However, the staff was not accommodating.

I never been to a Hampton Inn before and saw hair in the bathroom, scuff marks in the walls, the shower did not work right, and garbage left in the bathroom on the floor. I was unhappy with the quality of the room.
I didn't want to bother the grumpy front desk staff and I had a small infant with me and it would be too hard to change rooms. The pool was cold and small. The only good thing about that hotel was the breakfast lady, she was very nice to me and my children.

I had the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced at a hotel. It was definitely just as good as my $2500 mattress at home! The staff was awesome in every way! They made me feel like I was at home, always smiling and happy to see me. Even the lady who took care of the breakfast made me feel like they really cared. She said I should eat more than the biscuit I grabbed, but was comforted when I told her I already ate two of my cereal bars that I bring with me.
