I was unhappy because I left my pillow there and no one from the hotel contacted me about it.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hampton Inn Pittsburgh.
I might recommend it to friends.

It is a very nice place. I enjoyed my visit.

I am very likely to return to the Hampton Inn Pittsburgh.

34 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for business

My wife and I had an unplanned extensive stay due to my wife's illness. The hotel employees treated us like family and they went out of their way to see to my wife's stay as easy as possible. The pillow top mattress was great, and so was the comforter.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff knew our budget and they brought us a small refrigerator for our room to help hold my insulin, juice and some food. We will recommend them to our family.

I am very likely to return to the Hampton Inn Pittsburgh.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

What I didn't like was they didn't have a restaurant or bar. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
