I lost my special travel bottle with costly shampoo and they said they did not see it but they answered so quickly I did not get the feeling they really looked. It was nice, otherwise. The breakfast was not as good as I expected. It was a small room.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hampton Inn Phoenix-Mesa.
I might recommend it to friends.

I would expect a little more out of a hotel from a Hilton brand. However I ran across a few problems and the front desk staff was not helpful, then I tried to talk to the manager on duty who was less of a help. Lastly I went to the GM she was rude to me, and made me feel insignificant among her many travelers. If you want a semi cheap hotel with plenty of freeway noise this the place. However if you have a problem here...don't expect it to get resolved. Also if you want employee's to be nice to you while you are staying at the hotel...then I would recommend somewhere else.
Good hotel to stay in, been going there

The chain is consistent, clean, and does not gouge its customers. I prefer this chain of hotels to other, less predictable ones. The sleeping and bath arrangements are high quality.
I am very likely
to return to the Hampton Inn Phoenix-Mesa.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
