64 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The staff at this hotel goes way beyond the norm to make your stay pleasant and memorable. I go out of my way to stay here at every opportunity.
This hotel made me feel excited: It was my birthday and they provided a cake, a balloon and a birthday card with no influence or request from my wife or myself. I believe that is service way beyond the norm.

The hotel was great. It was very clean and had comfortable beds. The staff was competent, friendly, and responded promptly to any questions or concerns.
This hotel made me feel welcome: We were greeted as we walked in the door. The check in was quick and efficient. The hotel provided a happy hour between five and seven p.m.

Every chance we get we stay at this Hampton Inn, the service, friendliness, and comfort is beyond anything we have experienced in any other hotel. We wish all of the other hotels would treat us like we are treated at this hotel.

It’s in a convenient location and has a helpful and knowledgeable staff and a wonderful bed. The only problem was not the fault of the hotel, but a paper mill in the area which caused an odor problem.
This hotel made me feel content: There were very comfortable surroundings.
