Hampton Inn Perkins Hotel - Page 1

We had reservations and when we finally got all the stuff to our room we found it had no running water in the tub and no hot water in the sink. They did offer us another room. The original room was a clean room but the rest of the hotel i.e. elevator, hallways could have used a thorough cleaning. It also needs a renovation. Got our money back and moved on down the road to Jackson, tn. The front desk personnel were sincerely apologetic which is why I didn't give it a 1.

The location was fine and it was easy to get to a major highway. They have a free breakfast.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: We were not inconvenienced at any time. If we were busy when the room needed to be cleaned, the staff would come by at a later time. All of our questions/ needs were fulfilled.

I liked the great complimentary breakfast in a nice area that encouraged communication with other guests. They were very accommodating to our needs.

This hotel made me feel secure: I liked the security gate. It was well-lit and someone was always at the desk.
