We stayed there this June and had a wonderful time. Staff was always friendly never made us feel uncomfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Nice rooms with amazing view. Can't wait to return next summer.

We arrived on the week of Spring Break, and hour and a half before check-in. We were told that our room would not be ready for check-in until 4 pm, which was completely fine.
However, we ended up waiting until 5:30 to check-in, as housekeeping could not get the room ready, before then. The hotel did give us a $25.00 per night break on the room, which was terrific.
When we did get into the room, we had no towels and no sheets for the hide-a-way bed. The balcony was littered with cigarette butts and beer cans. On one day, we were preparing for the day, when housekeeping knocked on the door. I asked if they could come back in 30 minutes, and was told that it would be no problem.
When we got back that night, the hide-a-way bed had been made, but the king had not. No towels were changed, so we had to call them back to the room.
I loved the location, and everything else. Housekeeping was a downfall, though.

Upon checking in the clerk acted as if she did not think I had paid in advance. The breakfast was not as full as I would have thought. At check out the clerk insisted I wait so she could check if I had any charges to the room after I informed her that there were not.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach.
I might recommend it to friends.

The total experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Unfortunately, it was severely damaged by Hurricane Ivan but should be restored in the future.
