Having stayed three nights at Hampton Inn in Panama City, Fl, recently (August 2005), I would have to say that it was genuinely enjoyable. The room was quite pleasant, the daily breakfast bar was complete, the free web access in the lobby worked...
A traditional Hampton Inn. Reasonably priced for a good night's stay. The new laptop "benches" are a nice touch! Conveniently located at US231 and the main street through town (23rd St.) A little bit of highway noise.
