When we arrived in Orlando, we were tired from the drive, cranky and just wanted dinner and some rest. The man at the desk made everything better with just a friendly smile! The hotel is very conveniently located by a large mall and a very short distance from Disney. The room was large, comfortable and smelled 'clean' (not like cleaning supplies or chemicals). My advice, if you are in Orlando, stay here!

It was very pleasurable - especially with the hurricane around us.
This hotel made me feel respected: I liked the way they always addressed us when speaking to us and they couldn't do enough for us during our stay after hurricane Jeanne.
