Located 1 mile from Universal and a short walk from International Drive and all it has to offer, this is a well placed hotel. The rooms are well equipped, and include all your essentials. The rooms are newley refurbished and you can choose either 2 double beds or 1 King size bed. There's a good outdoor pool, gym and laundry and valet services. All local calls are free, as is the newspaper and shuttle bus, which is a nice touch. The hotel also provides a very generous continental breakfast every morning which includes hot food. There are numerous restaurants nearby for evening meals. The staff here are very friendly and helpful - both on the front desk and the cleaning/maintenance staff.

Stayed here for a business trip. The meeting room was tiny. It looked like a hotel room that had the furniture removed and added some meeting tables. Barely could accommodate 20 people. The front desk staff were terrible. Very slow and could...

We had a fantastic stay and were pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was - the refrigerator and microwave were very useful. The breakfast was quite good (some hot items) and there were freshly made chocolate chip cookies...
They don't deserve a single star!

I recently traveled with a group down to Orlando and we stayed at this Hampton. I had an excellent travel company who were EXTREMELY accomodating, but the hotel...not so much. Upon check-in we were told to go up to our rooms and check for any...
There wasn't anything to dislike, but it is in a great area, it is nice and tidy, the service is excellent, and i've stayed there each time i vacationed in orlando. Which happened to be quite a few times.

Excellent
The hotel was great. Bed where really nice and soft. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great, had something different every morning. And the internet worked well. Staff was really friendly.

This hotel was great. They were able to check us in early when we got there before check in time, a hot breakfast was nice with cofee/tea all day long, the pool was never crowded, and the rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. The customer service was also excellent as well. The only thing about this hotel that I wish was different was the disney shuttle. If you're planning to take their shuttle, it picks up from the Hampton Inn first at 7:20 and leaves the parks at 10:00pm and it drops off the Hampton Inn people last. So, if you want to stay and watch the fireworks you would have to find alternate transportation home and get up early again the next morning to get to the parks when they open. But other than that really enjoyed staying here. The location was nice and quiet.

Horrible
I had 250 bites after I left this hotel. We thought my 7 year old had chicken pox. I called the dept of health. It was disgusting !!!!!!! No help from hampton corp. Shame on you all.
