Mediocre
Stayed at many hotel in the Hampton Chain....this was by far the worst HI hotel I stayed in. Staff was friendly, room needed some work. Halls were very noisy, hotel staff knocked on doors between 8am-9am. Heard the sound of doors slamming all night...
47 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel was a little out of the way for our destination of Cooperstown but I prefer to stay at the Hampton Inn because they provide good service at a good price. Their continental breakfast is always good. The staff is always very helpful.
They went out of their way to take care of me and my family. They brought extra mattresses and blankets for us.
I am very likely
to return to the Hampton Inn Oneonta, NY.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
