We use Hampton Inns most often when traveling because we can usually count on clean, well-run facilities and a decent breakfast buffet. Their prices are in line with what we feel is a fair price to pay.

Hampton Inn is the only chain we stay in when traveling.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was well-managed operation.

The hotel was in a very convenient location to the interstate, it was very easy to find. The rooms were very comfortable with more amenities than I expected. The rooms were kept clean. Hotel staff did not bother you unnecessarily. The lobby staff was eager to be of assistance to us. The dining room area was neat and kept clean.

It is in a nice location to restaurants and malls. They have cookies at night and a nice breakfast. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

They had my room comped for one night due to bugs in the bathroom. I did not expect this and it was handled easily by the desk clerk.

It was very busy due to graduations in nearby cities, and therefore much more crowded than we expected.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Knowing our name and our room preferences.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They have great cookies at night. They used to have cappuccino but they don't anymore. I miss it.

In general, we like Hampton Inn, but as with any hotel/motel chain, some are better than others.

They messed up our reservation and did not have the room we reserved so they gave us the honeymoon suite. The next morning they did not charge us for our room because of the mix up.

I am usually very pleased with the Hampton Inn. I rarely have problems and, if I do, they are taken care of very quickly.
