Overall: Hotel is clean, but old. Renovations do not make up for the fact that there is no hot water between 6 am and 7:30 am. Better off gutting the building and working on the infrastructure before putting in new shower heads! It is an okay stay if you shower at night.

Positives: Staff is friendly and personable. Make me feel welcome. The evening people are not the sharpest tools in the shed, but get the job done eventually. Breakfast is decent.

Negatives: Besides being old, there are two newer hotels within a block that offer the same thing and are 10-15 bucks cheaper. I guess a couple of the guys think that they will get with Paris if they give her their money. I have a travel budget and this place strains it when my usual hotel (Clarion) has no vacancies. But that's the life of the business traveler on unexpected business trips.

The whole experience was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone!

The hotel was fine. I had no issues.

This hotel made me feel important: I liked the way they spoke to me at the desk.

Although the staff was nice, you could tell this hotel was on its last legs. The bed I had was lumpy and I ran out of hot water. The breakfast was good, and the internet was definitely not high speed. The TV had only 15 channels. But I only go because it is the only Hilton property in the area, but there are nicer hotels around.
